For me, working with Scott is more than just lifting
weights, doing agility training or running hills.
He's customized his YBYL program so that it's specific
to reaching my goals on the tennis court and keeps
those goals at the forefront of our training. His
attention to detail, positive encouragement and motivation
is helping both my mind and body get stronger. I know
that with Scott's coaching off the court, I will achieve
more on the court! Thanks for your help, Scott.

Since becoming Scott's client, I've lost weight, increased
strength and cardiovascular fitness, and have decreased
stress levels. Scott is a great motivator who strives
to understand his client's lifestyle and fitness needs
and works with them to develop a program geared towards
their goals.

With Your Body, Your Life, you don't have to be hungry.
Most people are skeptical of this, but it's true!
With this program, you get to eat more than you think.
And, the more weight you lose, the easier it is to
keep going.

I firmly believe that cross training, especially resistance
training, does help running. Improving flexibility
will help prevent injuries. I also firmly believe
that running alone will not make you an overall fit
person. That's why I train with Scott who helps me
achieve overall fitness. If you gain strength without
gaining weight, that is definitely a plus in running.
And the weaker you are to begin with (most women),
the more you will benefit from strength training.
